Probate

When your loved one has passed away, you're grieving. It is an emotional time, and you have numerous other stressors to deal with. Was there a will or not? How do you go about administering the estate? Does the estate need to be probated?

Our knowledge of the probate process allow us to help you through the process, so you can focus on other important items surrounding your loss.

Probate is the a formal process where the court has power to identify and gather the assets of the deceased individual, pay their debts, and distribute the rest of the assets to the beneficiaries. The process is public, expensive, and long. Probate cases can take 6-9 months all the way to years to complete. Florida Statutes govern

the fees based on the amount of the estate. These fees are not mandatory, but many attorneys use this Statute as their fees. We do not believe in this method. You can avoid these large fees and lengthy proceedings by having a Life Plan with a Revocable Trust
